Minor Changes

Version 8.21 introduces a number of minor additions and improvements aimed at enhancing reporting visibility, reinforcing segment capabilities for both setting up custom rules and reporting, as well as general system usability.

Segment filter - ‘Number of ID Documents attached’

A new segment query filter condition has been added allowing users to filter individuals based on the number of ID document files attached. This addition primarily allows for added flexibility in creation of custom rules related to the attachment of ID documents

Additional columns in Segment Reports

Segment reports now include several additional columns to provide more context when exporting or analysing segmented client lists:

• System Entity ID – the entity’s unique system reference number.
• Rejection Date – the date when the client’s latest service was rejected.
• Face-to-Face Interaction – data sourced from the Basic Details ‘Face-to-Face’ option.
• Gender – available when the segment entity type is Individual.
• Team(s) – available in environments where the Teams functionality is enabled.

Status remarks in PDF reports

Status remarks from the Basic Details are now included in the generated PDF client/internal reports. When generating a report from any profile within the system, a new row has been added to the ‘Basic Details’ table.

Reordering One-Time Searches

For environments using the One-Time Searches functionality, the page has now been reordered to show the latest results at the top. This change has been made to simplify page use, so that it is no longer necessary to scroll to the very bottom to view the latest results.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the exporting of report summary failing when a single report query was not available in the real-estate module.
• Fixed situations where documents that didn’t surpass size limit were not able to be uploaded.
• Other minor back-end fixes & security updates.
